Order Terms

Pricing shared as per mentioned Quantity.
Shipping and packaging will be additional (Kindly ignore if the quotation is already shared).
Payment Terms: 50% Advance and Balance before dispatches.
Courier In Transit Timelines post dispatch of goods:
Timelines begin post 50% advance payments and artwork approvals.
Prices and Products shared are as of today and are subject to change as per product and stock availability.
Price validity 2 Days from the date on which they are shared.
Please confirm product stock and pricing before confirming the order.
GST Extra as applicable.
Order once processed cannot be cancelled.
Refunds not applicable.

Return To Origin (RTO) charges as per actuals. RTO reasons for Non-Delivery of Packages.
There are various reasons why a package remains undelivered and is sent back to us. Some of them are as follows:
The customer is not available to receive the package.
The customer denies the delivery of the package.
The address or other relevant information of the buyer is incorrect.
The door/ premise/ office is closed.
Failure in re-attempt for delivery.

Warranty Policy- For branded goods the warranty of the goods will be as per brand guidelines. Please get in touch with the brand for product-related issues and warranty.
Received Faulty or Damaged Goods: If employees receive any faulty or damaged goods they need to highlight within 2 days from delivery date for replacement. Post 2 days we will not be able to replace the goods.
Product Delivery Status: For courier fake scans, issues with delivery employees need to be highlight within 2 days from delivery date as we will not be able to provide proof of delivery or provide a resolution post 2 days.
If the package is opened or in a damaged condition then inform the SPOC or employees not to accept the package.

Shipping

We provide shipping pan India and International locations. Air and Surface mode.

Normal Shipping Time

By Air:

Metros : 2-3 working Days.
Non Metros : 3-5 working Days.

By Road:

Metros : 5-7 working Days.
Non Metros : 7-10 working Days.

International Shipping

Metros : 7-10 Days.
Non Metros : 35-45 Days.

We have tie up with Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx, DHL Express and TNT Express for our shipments.
Any international shipments, local taxes and custom duties have to be paid by recipients unless specified in the quotation.
Please allow one week time for clearance for international shipments.
Certain categories of goods are banned currently including power banks by air.

Warehousing Terms

Storage Duration: Goods are stored for a maximum period of 2-3 months without incurring additional fees. After this period, warehousing fees will be applicable.

Responsibility for Faulty/Damaged Products: Even if the warehousing fees are paid, if goods are kept for more than 6 months and any products are found to be faulty or damaged, the cost will not be borne by us. Your company is responsible for absorbing these costs. Prolonged storage periods, especially beyond 6 months, can contribute to the deterioration or damage of products as the products left unused can become prone to faults, and the warehouse environment can impact their condition over time.
