Branding Care Instructions – By Branding Method

To maintain branding quality and durability, please follow the recommended care guidelines based on the branding technique used. Branding life depends on product material, usage frequency, storage, and maintenance.

1. Screen Print

Expected Branding Life: Medium (good durability with proper wash care)

  • Wash gently using mild detergent
  • Turn garment/product inside out before washing
  • Do not scrub or brush directly on the print area
  • Avoid hot water wash
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Avoid tumble drying on high heat
2. DTF (Direct-to-Film) / Stick Print

Expected Branding Life: Medium (sensitive to heat and friction)

  • Hand wash recommended where possible
  • If machine wash — use gentle cycle only
  • Wash inside out
  • Do not rub or stretch the printed area
  • Avoid heat drying
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron directly over the print
3. UV Print

Expected Branding Life: Medium to High (best for hard surfaces, not abrasion-proof)

  • Avoid scratching or abrasive contact
  • Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents
  • Clean only with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth
  • Avoid prolonged harsh sunlight exposure
  • Do not use rough scrub pads
4. Engraving (Permanent Branding)

Expected Branding Life: High / Permanent

  • Clean using a soft cloth only
  • Avoid acid-based or harsh chemical cleaners
  • Keep dry after cleaning
  • Do not use metal scrubbers
  • Minor shade variations are natural based on the base material
5. Embroidery

Expected Branding Life: High (long-lasting on fabric products)

  • Gentle wash only
  • Do not pull loose threads — trim if required
  • Avoid high-speed machine wash
  • Use mild detergent
  • Iron inside out if needed
  • Avoid excessive stretching of the embroidered area
